The Single Zone Enterprise Licence is issued to businesses that operate as the sole enterprise within a designated SEZ. This licence allows businesses to establish operations within a specific zone while benefiting from regulatory and fiscal incentives.
A valid Single Zone Enterprise Licence enables businesses to:
Schedule 4 of the SEZ Act prescribes the eligibility criteria for SEZ Enterprises, Single Zone Enterprises and Operators. We note that the said criteria were revised by virtue of the provisions of Legal Notice No. 116 of 2024
Applicants for a Single Zone Enterprise Licence must
